Positive Changes in Work Behavioural through TLA Diploma 

Song Fou Chian of Keppel Logistics Pte Ltd recently graduated as a proud Diploma holder of TLA Diploma in Integrated Logistics Management (R37 – June 2014) at the TLA Graduation Ceremony held on 22 April 2016 at Furama City Centre Hotel. This is what he has to say about the program:

“I appreciated the diploma programme as I gained a lot of knowledge other than warehousing. Furthermore, I have improved my warehouse knowledge. I am equipped to coach staff on storage replenishment skills, FIFO and put away arrangement. Through enhanced knowledge and skills, I have improved my work productivity and teamwork amongst colleagues.”

 

Jerald Lim, Supervisor of Song Fou Chian affirmed the change in Fou Chian after attending the Diploma program, he shared:
