Max Ee is a logistics and transport specialist with extensive experience in the private sector and working with the public sector. Graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Max also has a Masters in Science (Logistics) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as well as a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from the Institute of Systems Science (ISS). Previously he worked in Agility Logistics as a project manager, and handles logistics operations for Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific, KFC Singapore and Kao Corporation.
He led several IT projects that re-engineer and automate logistics processes. Using J2EE, he developed an online Forecasting and Replenishment system for purchasing. He also led the development of Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation for third-party logistics centre, and the process re-design for an Asia Pacific Regional Hub. In his work experience, Max uses MS Excel extensively to simplify data collection, analysis and reporting.He is now running his own consultancy firm SCMi Group LLP based in Singapore with projects in Asia Pacific. Asian Development Bank uses his Excel template for data collection to measure transport time and cost efficiency in developing nations.
