The Logistics Academy
The launch of The Logistics Academy (TLA) by the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA) marks a step forward in the association’s commitment towards providing quality training and lifelong learning for the logistics workforce.
The Logistics Academy, a wholly owned subsidiary of SLA, upholds the SLA’s mission to promote professionalism and excellence in the logistics industry in:
- securing recognition and accreditation from the relevant authorities and industries for its courses;
- creating neutral platform for diverse interest members and logistics professionals to learn from one another through networking exchanges; and
- contributing positively to standard developments by grooming and retaining talents in the logistics industry
As a distinctive feature of a holistic approach to experiential learning, industry practitioners will continue to form the Academy pool of expertise to impart knowledge and facilitate sharing of experiences and skills.
